Anne went above and beyond to help us in our quest to buy a home in Alameda last year. We met her at an open house and connected immediately. When we were finally ready to ready start our search, we got back in touch and things started moving right away. She found several homes that matched what we were looking for, and before long we found a place we just couldn't let go. Her experience and positivity were invaluable to us as we maneuvered the escrow process and we couldn't be happier about where we landed!

When we expressed interest in a house on one of those real estate websites, Anne was the sole respondent who actually got in touch knowing which property we liked and offering a specific date and time to show. (You often get a lot of spam-type calls from those sites, not her, though!) She worked with us as buyers while she was in the capacity of seller's agent, which is of course a delicate position to be in, but she let us know exactly what she could do for us versus what she would recommend us doing with someone else every step of the way, because ethics are important to her. This was very assuring and professional, and we appreciated it. She also recommended a top quality mortgage agent, who was outstanding in every way. Her professional network really likes her and the people she knows are great--always good signs. We feel very lucky about our home purchase transaction. It is a perfect house for us, and Anne seemed to sense that and was very encouraging that we could get it done even though we found out about it the day before the bidding round. Enthusiastically recommended!!
